PISTON

1. Piston Structure
   • To withstand the high compression and high RPM
2. Inspired by SkyActiv Technology
   • To produce high compression with minimum risk of knocking and pre-ignition

   • More durable for long distance, high temperature and RPM
4. Piston Skirt
   • Coating MoS₂ ( molybdenum disulfide ) for less friction
   • Longer skirt to reduce noise and for higher lifespan

CYLINDER BLOCK

1. Forged Sleeve
   • To stabilise and maintain the power of the engine for long ride
   • Produce less noise when engine is operating
   • Material for forged sleeve is Aluminium T6 Evolution III
2. Water Jacket
   • Increase the volume of coolant runs in water jacket by 15%
   • Increase the gap between water jacket and piston bore to reduce the risk of coolant leaking through the head gasket
